Reporting to the Programme Delivery Director, Global Outdoor, this role will have overall responsibility for delivering a variety of contractor delivered build and refresh projects across Global Outdoor’s digital estate, particularly focussing on our transport Partner environments such as Transport for London (TfL).
The Project Manager will have accountability for the delivery and management of all assigned projects on-time, to budget, to scope and in line with our safety requirements.
This role will work closely with colleagues in Partnerships, Operations, Safety, Engineering and Programmes and will be supported by the Outdoor Programme Management Office.
This role will have ownership of the successful delivery of projects which will lead to the growth and enhancement of the Global Outdoor estate, constantly striving to produce the highest standards of project delivery and digital displays., * Accountable for the successful management and delivery of the Projects to budget, to scope, safely, whilst adhering to the requirements of Global and CDM regulations 2015.

Operate within construction contract frameworks, NEC4 ensuring effective administration.

Understand and implement the objectives of the projects, having clear ownership for delivery of the critical success criteria.

Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to optimise project costs, negotiate contracts and monitor contractor performance.

Work within appropriate project management controls aligned to the approach of the project and relevant Partner assurance (pathway)

Ensure engineering compliance to internal and external standards, taking projects through the required independent checks and approvals.

Actively manage and report on the project risks throughout the life of the projects.

Produce, communicate, and maintain high quality project documentation in line with project requirements and Partner methodologies.

Handover assets into operation, with full acceptance from the operational business.

Build and develop positive and professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including all contractors

Actively manage and engage with the contractors on site, working with HSEQ., * Build relationships with Programmes, Operations, and franchise partners to resolve stakeholder challenges.

Collaborate with contractors for safe and successful site installations.

Commission and hand over initial project deliverables.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management or CAPEX project delivery, preferably within construction, engineering, or digital industries.

Delivery of construction installation and commissioning projects ideally on rail or TfL.

Experience managing contractors and suppliers, working within NEC3/4 or similar contract management environments.

Adherence to CDM regulations 2015 and evidence of safety-first site management and auditing.

Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience in supporting project cost controls and budgeting.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for effective risk management, scheduling, and problem-solving.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Evidenced ability of managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
