The Job Role: Our client are specialist manufacturers who are real leaders in their industry. Their Sheffield offices have a requirement available for an experienced Administrator to join their sales support team. This is an office-based role working full time, Monday – Friday. The successful candidate will enjoy a varied Sales Administration role. This is a fantastic position for a passionate Administrator who is customer focussed, driven and looking for a busy role. Working as part of a small and friendly team, the successful candidate will be supported and offered training and development opportunities. This is well suited to candidates who love building relationships with customers, but aren’t looking for a pressurised sales role. This position is purely administrative and customer-service based.
This Sales Administration role will be responsible for the following duties:
- Processing customer orders using the internal CRM system
- Generating and issuing invoices through the CRM system
- Taking payments on behalf of customers
- Forging strong relationships with customers via telephone and email
- Ensuring the company CRM system is kept up to date at all times with customer interactions
- Working collaboratively with the wider team including the Sales and Branch Managers
- Providing order status updates to customers
- Providing administrative support as required to the team
- Other administrative tasks as required to support the business
