We are seeking a reliable and dedicated driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and delivering vehicles nationwide from Dealers, Auction Sites, and Private Individuals, ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent time management and organisational skills, as well as the ability to use Smartphone Apps and technology to their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Drive all types of vehicles, including cars and vans up to 3.5 ton.
- Perform vehicle collection and delivery reports.
- Perform vehicle appraisals.
- Communicate effectively with route planners and other drivers in your team.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and any discrepancies.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
- Assist in the depot where needed.
Experience:
No experience required; full training provided. For drivers that show potential, career growth opportunities into training roles, planning roles, and transporter driving roles are available. Must hold a Full UK licence for over 2 years and have no more than 6 points.
