Location: East London & occasional coverage across Home Counties
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (40-hour week, 30-minute lunch)

Role Overview:
As a Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical plant and heating/hot water systems, primarily within plant rooms. You will ensure systems are operating efficiently, safely, and in line with industry standards, providing high-quality service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on mechanical plant and heating/hot water systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults within plant rooms to maintain operational efficiency.
- Provide occasional cover across the Home Counties for holiday or sickness absences.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Use provided tools, equipment, and technology to complete maintenance and service reports.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 qualification as a minimum standard.
- Strong plumbing/mechanical bias with proven experience.
- Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
