Brand new opportunity to join an established, successful and innovative company that offers a supportive and friendly working environment. Our client is currently recruiting a Team Administrator to join the team at their offices in Stroud.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Managing Director with daily administrative tasks.
- Coordinate meetings and ensure meeting notes are distributed and arrange agendas.
- Offer support to Directors for personal administration during busy times.
- Support the Managing Director in managing basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.
- Liaise with external accountants and manage financial records.
- Administration support for recruitment activities.
- General office support: Order stationery and other installation related products.
- Monitor emails, reply where possible and if not pass to Manager.
Our client is happy to look at experienced or trainee candidates, essentially needs to be someone who likes a challenge and is very organised. Excellent communication skills are essential.
Hours: Monday – Friday – 38 Hours
Salary: £25-28k depending on experience
