Due to demand, we have an exciting opening for a Field Service Engineer to join our specialist aftersales team. We’re looking for a suitable engineer who ideally lives in the Dundee area, or the wider region. Exceptional field service support is at the heart of our business. We’re trusted to supply and maintain some of the world’s most advanced and innovative lifting machines. This is your chance to become a specialist field service engineer, managing your own territory and maintaining our advanced cranes.
Duties:
- Routine crane servicing & warranty work.
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues on customer sites.
- Performing thorough examinations / LOLER inspections and necessary compliance checks.
- Providing technical support to customers.

Our ideal applicant
If you’re passionate about your work, with a strong customer focus you’ll fit right in! It’s essential that you’re an existing field service engineer with mechanical, hydraulic & electrical experience maintaining similar equipment such as construction plant, agricultural machinery, cranes, HGVs, Forklifts, Tailifts etc. Ideally applicants should hold a recognised apprenticeship, C&G or NVQ in a relevant discipline. A full UK driving licence is essential.
