Job Title: Refuse Collector Location: L33 7XW About the Role: 3M Resourcing are working with the local authority to recruit a number of Refuse Collectors to join their team. Key Responsibilities: * Collecting refuse and recyclables from residential and commercial properties. * Ensuring bins are emptied safely and efficiently. * Maintaining high standards of health and safety while working. * Liaising with the public and offering excellent customer service when required. * Following all instructions and safety protocols set by the local authority. Ideal Candidate: * Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job. * Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions. * Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to the role. * Previous experience in refuse collection is advantageous but not essential. * A good understanding of health and safety practices is desirable.
