RM Recruit is delighted to be partnering with a reputable organisation based in Shirley, currently seeking a confident and experienced Project Finance Administrator to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis for approximately two months. Our client offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, requiring office presence twice per week, with the remaining three days worked from home. Additionally, there may be an opportunity for fully remote working once you have successfully settled into the role.
As the Project Finance Administrator, you will be facilitating the split of the business entity. Responsibilities include:
- Assist in the migration of IT systems, ensuring smooth data transfer and minimal disruptions.
- Support the transition of payroll, HR records, and employee contracts to the appropriate entity.
- Identify potential operational challenges and assist in developing mitigation plans.
- Help coordinate the separation of business functions, including finance, HR, IT, and facilities.
- Ensure the smooth transition of office space, assets, and equipment between the two entities.
- Support teams in updating company branding, documentation, and communication materials.
- Assist in ensuring that all actions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, agreements, and compliance records.
- Support audit and due diligence processes by providing necessary information.
