Mechanical Construction Manager

A well-established M&E contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to oversee mechanical works on education and commercial projects. The role involves managing mechanical packages, including plumbing, pipework, and ventilation, on projects valued at approximately £3 million. Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the mechanical construction process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. * Oversee and coordinate plumbing, pipework, and ventilation installations. * Maintain high standards of quality control and ensure strict adherence to project specifications. * Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to senior management. * Manage sub-contractors, ensuring they meet programme targets and safety requirements. * Assist in commissioning and handover processes. * Review project scope and prepare RAMS documents where required. * Conduct site safety inspections and enforce health and safety regulations. * Identify and resolve any on-site challenges proactively
