We are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider to recruit for a Maintenance Surveyor on an initial temporary basis.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Surveyor:

  • Providing an efficient inspection and surveying service to the companies housing stock and related assets, including those surrounding damp and mould.
  • Conducting ongoing repairs and maintenance surveys and progress reports, and updating information as required.
  • Providing guidance, technical support, and direction when appropriate.
  • Undertaking pre and post inspections.
  • Maintaining in depth knowledge of relevant legislation including UK building regulations.
  • Producing project design, tender and contract documentation.

Requirements of the Maintenance Surveyor:

  • Previous experience conducting maintenance surveys.
  • Social housing experience is desirable.
