Working in a hybrid way, we are looking to recruit a customer focused, people focused team player with excellent communication and people skills to join our customer service team. The team are responsible for providing a front line service to customers, answering inbound calls and a face-to-face service and resolving queries at the first point of contact. You will be fielding a wide variety of enquiries from tenants, applicants and external customers and take a proactive approach to ensuring high customer satisfaction.
To be successful in a Customer Service Advisor role, the skills/ability you will need are:
- Experience of working in a Customer Service/contact centre environment.
- Ability to always maintain a high degree of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to multi-task.
- Excellent IT skills, especially Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, Face to Face and Email.
- Able to work from our head office at least twice a week following the initial training period.
