Security Supervisor

Security Supervisor\\nWe are looking for a modern, engaging and vibrant experience security supervisor to oversee access control and visitor experience. You will have the day to day responsibility for the team working in a luxurious and prestigious end London location/\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n * Maintain standards of performance and welfare for the team in accordance with company polices.\\n * Supporting the Operations team in the continuous review and implementation of security management best practice for the team.\\n * Deliver an mazing Guest Experience in ahigh profile environment.\\n * Knowledge, understanding and experience of the principles, processes and outcomes of working with Quality Assurance systems.\\n * To manage excellent relationships with our clients, suppliers, and other tenants within the property.\\n * To be computer literate.\\n * To have excellent leadership and motivational skills.\\n * Be able to work unsupervised and take responsibility.\\n * Have the ability to remain calm under pressure.\\n * Pre- and Post shift handover procedures.\\n * Uniform and deportment of site based staff.\\nKey Skills, Knowledge and Experience:\\n * SIA license guarding or door supervision. Dual license of CCTV is preferable.\\n * A proven track record of delivering excellence in security operations.\\n * Demonstrate excellence in both oral and written communication.\\n * To ensure compliance with all statutory and relevant company and security policies.\\n * Capable of managing change quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining effective service provision.\\n * Communicate instructions from senior management and ensure these are implemented throughout the team.\\n * Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to establish credibility quickly.\\n * Outstanding motivational and people management skills.\\n * Previous experience working for a company in the retail / hospitality sector in a Security /Customer Service management role\\n * Supervisory Experience\\n * The position requires a vigilant individual with impeccable high standards, positive attitude and immaculate presentation.\\nHours: 60 hours per week working Monday to Friday\\nPosition: Permanent\\nLocation: Central London\\nPay: £45,000 – £46,000per year
