The Digital Solutions team supports Southdown in modernising our ways of working – improving our systems, data insights, integrations, and connectivity. As the Senior Project Manager (Digital) you will lead and manage Southdowns Digital Solutions Project Managers, helping to steer our projects through to successful delivery, providing guidance and direction across digital projects. You will have the opportunity to make a difference – to transform our ways of working and improve client experience. Creating detailed project plans and documentation, you will align project resources and manage team capacity. You will manage project timelines, scope, budgets, and associated contracts.You will produce project progress reports to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring project delivery and communication considers the broader organisational context and associated implications.
