Full time – Permanent – No weekends £23k base salary and OTE of £29-30k. Fully Remote – equipment provided. 37.5 hours a week - 10.30am - 7pm - Monday - Friday.

Outbound Telesales role summary: You will be making outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money.

Key responsibilities:

  • Make 150/200 calls a day on an automated dialler.
  • Build rapport with the customer, build an offer that suits their needs.
  • Achieve targets of 7-10 sales a day (90% of the existing team do hit their targets).
  • Ensure you are meeting compliance expectations with every process.

Required skills and experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year Call Centre, Retail sales, Customer Service, Telesales or Field sales experience will be considered.
  • You will need a quiet place to work at home.
  • Be comfortable with remote working.
  • The desire to exceed targets whilst following process, compliance, and regulations.
