A field-based territory sales role inheriting an established and well performing area. Promoting an industry leading range of bricks and stone products to a portfolio of national and regional house builders across the South West.
Package: £48k-£50k basic with a £19k bonus scheme, £7k car allowance and an excellent corporate benefits package that includes a share save scheme and 10% employer pension contributions.

Customers: National and regional house builders
The Role:
- You will inherit an established and well performing area from a BDM who has recently been promoted into a key accounts role.
- You will be tracking new developments and increasing market share for an industry leading range of bricks, brick components, walling and cast stone.
- Working at regional office level with a portfolio of national and regional house builders.
- There will be circa 25 regional offices to track projects from, all direct accounts with national agreements in place.
- You will also look for cross-selling opportunities, to introduce colleagues from other divisions and group companies.
The Successful Applicant:
- You will be a field sales professional with a consultative and structured approach to solution sales.
- You will already be working within the construction industry and looking to progress your field sales career.
- You will be as comfortable developing existing relationships, as you are tracking and winning new business opportunities.
- Whilst possessing first class presentation and communication skills, and be looking for a career and not just a job.
