About the Role: As Senior M&E Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the MEP elements of residential projects valued over £20m. You’ll be leading a skilled team while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll work closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to drive the delivery of complex and exciting projects. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the M&E delivery across large residential projects valued over £20m * Manage and coordinate project teams, ensuring seamless execution * Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to deliver successful outcomes * Ensure compliance with all regulations and quality standards * Effectively manage budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize project performance Requirements: * Proven experience as a Senior M&E Project Manager on large-scale residential projects (£20m+) * In-depth knowledge of MEP systems and their integration within residential developments * Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams * Excellent communication and client-facing skills * Relevant qualifications (Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering is preferred) Why Apply? * Competitive salary up to £100k + extensive package * Opportunity to work with one of the leading MEP specialists in the residential sector * Dynamic and collaborative working environment * Career development and progression opportunities
