About the role:
As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents. You will support the nursing team, lead by example, and mentor junior staff to ensure the highest standards of care and well-being for all residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
