To assist the Merchandiser on a day-to-day basis through effective planning, managing the supply base, re-forecasting sales and intake and ensuring optimum range availability.

Description

  • Creating and amending all purchase orders
  • Adding POs to Critical Path document and ensuring prices, cost prices and retail prices are correct.
  • Liaising with suppliers on a weekly basis to ensure deliveries are on time and effectively communicate changes to the wider product team and business.
  • Assist in Monday trade sales analysis through report running and document creation.
  • Update weekly trackers
  • Size ratio analysis to ensure new orders and restock sizing is maximised.
  • Send out barcodes to suppliers
  • Support the Merchandiser with excel reporting and preparation, analysis, data entry and general administrative duties.
  • Updating line cards to assist the Merchandiser in managing 'Core' products stock and sales forecasts.
  • Sending delivery dates of launch products to the wider business
  • Awareness of our customer, and fast and slow sellers
  • Undertaking competitor analysis
  • Support the Ecommerce team with product upload/ ensuring products are effectively categorised and visually merchandised to maximise sell through

Profile

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical and a numbers thinker
  • Computer literate, proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written as you will be working with a range of colleagues and prospective employees at all levels
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage your own time
  • Previous experience within a Merchandising function within a brand/ retail head office
