We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Operations Associate. In this role, you will ensure orders are processed and dispatched accurately and on time, working across departments to improve the customer sales order process.
As Customer Operations Associate, key responsibilities include:
- Process orders and assign stock
- Liaise with warehouses and internal departments to resolve order issues
- Manage complex customer accounts and handle escalations from overseas partners
