Multi Tradesman/woman

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including plastering, painting, patchwork, and brickwork.

• Conduct repairs and renovations in social housing properties, ensuring high standards of workmanship.

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to address issues efficiently and effectively.

• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

• Adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices.

• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and other stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader, ideally within the social housing sector.

• Strong skills in plastering, painting, patchwork, and brickwork.

• Relevant trade qualifications or certifications.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction., * Plastering: 3 years (required)

• Contruction painting: 3 years (required)
