We are working with a luxury brand looking to add an Ecommerce Executive to their team based in Manchester city centre.

The Role

You will be responsible for driving their online offering, increasing conversions and transactions across their newly launched UK and EU websites. Responsibility for proposing and implementing key merchandising activity, making data-led decisions, leading to improvements across conversion, key engagement metrics and transactions. Coordination of key projects across SEO, CRO, UX and UI within the internal team and/or their Digital Agency. You’ll ensure the best possible customer journey to elevate the merchandising and performance of their websites, whilst ensuring continuous improvement strategies are in place.

They’re looking for an enthusiastic, commercially focused Ecommerce Executive with at least 18 months experience in a similar role. Solid understanding across SEO, CRO, UX and UI to make key merchandising decisions, you’ll be data-led and analytical. Experience using a range of software and platforms such as HotJar, SEMRush or similar, as well as GA4, and experience using CMS systems. You should also have an intrinsic curiosity in the online user journey, path to purchase and buying habits. You’ll have the flexibility and freedom to make this role your own and chance to make a significant impact on the business at a key period.
