They are building a top-notch SAP SuccessFactors platform that will be used by thousands across EMEA. They need a savvy SAP Product Engagement Manager to take the reins. Think of it as being the bridge between the tech and the people, making sure everything runs smoothly and everyone gets the most out of it.
What’s involved?
- Building Bridges: Working closely with HR, vendors (like SAP and NTT), and the tech team to make sure everyone’s on the same page.
- Owning the Roadmap: Figuring out what needs to happen next, prioritising features, and making sure everything gets delivered on time.
- Keeping Things Running Smoothly: Managing the day-to-day operations, working with support teams, and making sure any issues get sorted quickly.
- Being a Strategic Partner: Not just fixing problems, but thinking ahead - how can we make the system even better?
- Talking to People! Engaging with HR, business process owners, and users to understand their needs and keep them in the loop.
