Salary β competitive dependant on experience
Hours - Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with hybrid working
Holiday β 23 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays) increasing by one day per each year of service (up to a maximum of 28 days)
About the AML Executive role
We are TC Group, the fastest-growing top 20 accountancy firm in the UK. We are business advisors and accountants, with over 30 years of experience we have honed our skills and developed our service offering to deliver a much wider range of bespoke support and advice to ambitious business owners and their businesses. We have an exciting opportunity for an AML Executive in our Portsmouth office, with hybrid working. We are looking for candidates with previous anti money laundering (AML) experience, ideally within an accountancy practice. An interesting role, you will be working with the central compliance team and provide support and assistance to ensure compliance with money laundering regulations.
Key responsibilities of an AML Executive will include:
- Review of AML records of group companies to ensure compliance with ML regulations
- Assist Compliance Director and Compliance Manager with AML and other compliance tasks as required
- Responding to any ad hoc queries arising from partners or staff in the group in their use of the AML software or in the completion of AML records
- Preparing/updating training documents for AML systems and working with partners and managers to assist them

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience within accountancy firm and AML experience
- Good communication skills as would need to summarise and provide feedback/discuss AML review findings with partners
- Excellent organisation skills
- Attention to detail
- Good computer literacy with Microsoft Office
