Our global IT client has an exciting opportunity for a Contract and Operations Executive to join their team creating and supporting the processing of software licensing contracts for large and medium-sized customers. The duties of the team include the creation of pricing proposals and contracts while providing quality assurance and processing support. The team will field operationally related commercial queries, document requests, and resolve operational issues.
Additionally, you will:
- Provide customers and partners contract documentation that will enable large software purchases
- Validate and track all contracts received from partners
- Create Customer Price Sheets for customer signature within SLA, with a high standard of accuracy
- Validate and quality assure all documents going through the Operations desk to the ROC
- Provide deal specific support to Commercial Executive team, following the deal to completion
- Minimise sales related Operational issues
- Contribute to continuous improvements in processes
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience in contract validation and creation is preferable but not required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- An eye for accuracy, and a high level of attention to detail
- Diligent, disciplined, and able to work well with timed deadlines.
- Demonstrable interest in this work, as well as relevant previous experience and/or strong existing knowledge of the work of the group.
This role is largely remote, there may be an occasional need to visit our client's office in Reading and/or London. The rate of pay is up to £120 per day, dependant on experience with a potential 5% bonus. You will also benefit from paid annual leave, paid sick, paid bank holidays, pension & notice period. This is a PAYE contract to start ASAP until 30th June 2025, with a potential extension through to a maximum of 18 months.
