Gateway Housing has been supporting communities to thrive since 1926. We are an ambitious London based housing association with over 3,000 homes in the heart of London's East End. We provide social rented homes, shared ownership, and sheltered housing. We develop new homes too and are part way through an exciting programme to deliver another 250 homes by 2025. The role
We are looking for a Data Assurance Coordinator to ensure that all asset and compliance data is accurate, up-to-date, and effectively managed. The post holder will develop programmes to maintain compliance and support strategic decision-making.
Accountabilities
- Manage and maintain the organisation's asset and compliance data systems
- Produce compliance programmes and schedules for inspections, servicing, and works
- Work to increase value for money, ensure a return on investment, improve efficiency and reduce costs
- As appropriate support the Asset Management team including attending in-house asset compliance working group meetings as required
- To support the continuous development of corporate compliance management systems to ensure fit for purpose
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and consumer standards in all aspects of the role
- Collaborate with teams to ensure data supports operational needs
- Generate reports and dashboards for senior management and regulatory bodies
Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Strong analytical and IT skills, including proficiency with asset management software.
- Experience of maintaining effective Housing Management Systems
- Ability to demonstrate a comprehensive working understanding asset management data quality assurance
- Experience in data management within the housing sector
- Experience of reviewing Policies, supporting tendering and procurement activities
- Up-to-date knowledge of legislative frameworks, regulatory requirements, professional standards and good practice relevant to the post
- Knowledge of compliance requirements for social housing
