Amery IT Support are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as an IT Apprentice. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the IT industry and develop a rewarding career. They will also have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects, from installing and configuring new systems to providing technical support to users.

In this role, you will work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:- Dealing with 1st line support including security processes, cloud-based password resets and more.
- Configure and upgrade hardware, physical and virtual upgrades and installations.
- Configure and install systems, a combination of remote, physical and virtual using client OS, HubSpot and 365.
- Interpret technical documents working in the bespoke CRM systems with catalogues and documentation to use.
- Provide technical support to external clients face to face, phone, email and ticketing system.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:- £14,000 per annum.
- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
- 28 days of annual leave including the Bank Holidays.
