We are looking for a Process Automation Specialist to join our IT team to drive efficiency and productivity through the implementation and optimisation of automated systems and processes.

The Role

As a Process Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and optimisation of Linnworks for inventory and order management. You will design and maintain Airtable databases and automations, create and manage automated workflows between different systems, and document all systems, processes, and automations thoroughly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimisation: Analyse existing business processes to identify automation opportunities. Design and implement process improvements, create standard operating procedures (SOPs). Provide regular reporting on automation impacts and ROI.
  • Technical Support & Training: Provide technical support for automated systems, train team members on new systems and processes, troubleshoot issues and implement solutions, and maintain system documentation and user guides.
  • Project Management: Manage automation projects from conception to completion, collaborate with stakeholders across departments, set and track project milestones and deadlines, report project progress to senior management.

About You

To join us as a Process Automation Specialist, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • A strong understanding of API integrations and data management
  • Experience in process automation and optimisation
  • Strong SQL skills
  • A strong understanding of data analysis and visualisation
  • Experience with automation tools and platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Clear communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • The ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
