This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced HR/HCM Techno-functional consultant/architect. Our client is a highly-reputable, medium-sized multi-national Oracle Consultancy. The company has a very people-focused culture and are experiencing a period of continued growth.
It is primarily a technical role but functional knowledge is also required. You must be experienced in designing technical solutions within the Oracle HCM/HR module in both Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion and should have hands-on experience in data migration including the use of data loaders, developing integrations from other systems and BIP reporting.
Key Requirements:- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle EBS (HR)
- Expertise in HR/HCM technical architecture and design
- Key areas of expertise should include Reporting, Data loading and integrations
- High level functional knowledge of key HR and Payroll processes
- Preparation of technical specifications
- Experience of conducting presentations and demos to stakeholders
- Should have a very customer-facing personality and outlook
- Must be an excellent communicator
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Remote + client visits (UK) where required
