Workmans Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded, long-established Social Housing Contractor with over 80 years of experience. Renowned for delivering top-quality building maintenance, refurbishment, and construction services to housing associations and councils. In this role, you will ensure clear and effective communication with residents from diverse backgrounds during construction and maintenance projects.

Location: You will be responsible for covering various locations across Sussex and Hampshire, including areas such as Brighton, Eastbourne, Chichester, Worthing, and Portsmouth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare correspondence regarding access, delays, changes, and resident concerns.
  • Offer information, advice, and assistance to tenants and leaseholders whilst major works are being carried out to their homes.
  • Handle complaints and issues via email, phone, and home visits.
  • Advise Project Managers of the likely effects of capital works on residents.
  • Build strong relationships with residents to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Arrange and attend meetings, presentations, and exhibitions for residents.
Requirements:
  • Full UK Manual Driving License
  • Strong face-to-face customer service experience
  • Confident, calm, and adaptable communicator
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to engage effectively with diverse communities
  • Basic IT proficiency
