The Role
As the Group HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's organization. Reporting directly to the CEO and being a part of the Executive Team, you will develop and execute cutting-edge HR strategies, processes, and policies that align with our client's visionary goals and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Craft and implement a global HR vision that aligns with the company’s strategic goals. Be the trusted advisor to senior leadership and a driving force behind our success.
- Health, Safety, and Wellbeing: Champion a culture of safety and employee wellbeing across the Group, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Talent Management: Lead transformative initiatives like the Learning Management System, empowering our people to reach their full potential.
- Employee Engagement: Create a vibrant and positive working environment through dynamic employee engagement initiatives, including the annual staff survey process.
- Recruitment: Drive senior-level recruitment efforts, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and successful integration for new hires.
- HR Operations: Inspire and lead the central Group HR team and location HR representatives, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Employee Relations: Provide support on high-level or complex employee relations matters, ensuring a harmonious workplace.
- Continuous Improvement: Embrace a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and efficiency in all HR functions.
What We Are Looking For:
- A seasoned HR leader with a proven track record in a global environment.
- Degree-level qualification and CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) preferred.
- Experience in inspiring and leading HR teams within a matrixed, international setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
- Commercially astute, adept at managing competing priorities while delivering outstanding results.
- Willingness to travel internationally (50% of the role).
Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 DOE (with fantastic benefits)
