What You’ll Do:
- Support learners in the workplace (retail sector)
- Deliver engaging workshops on CV writing, interview techniques & more
- Provide hands-on guidance with tasks like stock rotation & shelf stacking
- Empower learners with special education needs to build confidence & skills
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for helping learners succeed
- Experience supporting individuals with special educational needs
- Relevant SEND qualifications (e.g., Autism Awareness, Learning Disabilities) desirable
- Level 2 in English & Maths (or equivalent)
