Role:
- Day-to-day leadership and management of a team of regional officers, operations coordinator, regional firearms officer, volunteers and contractors to ensure the highest standards of service delivery in accordance with BASC's vision and business objectives.
- Co-ordinate extensively with BASC colleagues, members, clubs, syndicates, commercial partners, sponsors, donors and government and non-governmental bodies/agencies.
Requirements:
- Firearms certificate desirable
- At least 3 years senior relevant experience within a professional, customer focussed service delivery environment
