The Role: Are you an experienced SAP Test Lead looking to make a real impact in a fast-paced, transformational environment? Join our dynamic team at PZ Cussons, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our global SAP ecosystem. At PZ Cussons, our SAP ERP system underpins our global operations, driving core processes from Order to Cash and Procure to Pay, to Record to Report and Forecast to Stock. Our system leverages core SAP components (ECC6, BW on HANA, and SCM on HANA) and integrates with additional business-critical applications, including Trade Promotions and Distributor Management systems, plus many smaller applications across our regional markets.

As our SAP Test Lead, you’ll be the bridge between project delivery and operational readiness—leading testing efforts across our SAP landscape and integrated enterprise applications. In this role, you will own and refine our test management methodologies, processes, and templates, working with cross-functional stakeholders on major change initiatives. This is an exciting time to join PZ Cussons as we drive several strategic projects and embark on the next phase of our transformational journey. Notably, you'll have the opportunity to shape our S4 HANA roadmap from its inception. Accountabilities:

• Lead end-to-end testing activities for projects and changes within the SAP ecosystem.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans.
• Create test cases and scripts based on business requirements.
• Coordinate testing with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Take ownership of frameworks and policies for managing test environments and test data.
• Track and manage the resolution of defects throughout testing lifecycles.
• Provide Master Test Plans for projects, regular status updates and progress reports.
• Implement quality assurance procedures.
• Work in close collaboration with support partners.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Significant SAP testing experience.
• Experience in testing of integrated application landscapes.
• Strong background in test planning, execution, and management across types of testing (functional, integration, system, UAT).
• Ability to analyse requirements, risks, and to prioritise testing efforts based on complexity and impact.
• Good knowledge of project management practices (Agile/Waterfall) with the ability to oversee testing deliverables.
• Experience in leading testing teams of individuals from across the wider business and in different regions.
• The ability to motivate and manage team dynamics.
• Familiarity with test automation tools, test management software, and continuous integration/delivery practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving skills to quickly address testing challenges and defects.
• Planning and organisational skills, and strong stakeholder management.
