Freightserve recruitment are looking for an experienced AOG Export and Import people for well established and niche sector Freight Forwarders based in the Heathrow area.
Job Description:
- Dealing with AOG's shipments (start to finish) - Either Export or Imports
For Exports:
- Preparing Export consignments for shipping, ensuring all consignments depart from the UK in accordance with the client’s requirements.
- Handle and monitor all consignments ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies.
- Completing MAWB’s and HAWB’s.
- Completion of NES Customs entries.
- Issuing of consignment security letters and airline lodge paperwork.
- Dealing with overseas agents.
- Dealing with telephone enquiries from both internal & external departments accurately and efficiently.
For Imports:
- Completing Import customs entries.
- Liaising with Airlines, GSA's and Handling Agents.
- Dealing with Overseas Agents.
