Supervise and support learners in classrooms, group settings and one to one. Support children with additional needs. Work collaboratively and creatively with parents, colleagues, and support services. Demonstrate outstanding classroom practice and have young learners at the heart of all they do. Assist with support strategies to meet individual learner needs. Ability to deliver education and support through the medium of Welsh.
