Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that residents abide by the agreed conditions of the premises.
- Regularly patrolling and monitoring all areas of the premises, ensuring safety and security procedures are adhered to.
- Challenging and confronting behaviour that threatens the aims of the hostel and ensuring that all work at the hostel is carried out in accordance with the aims of the project including dealing with complaints.
- Record keeping including events and incidents.
- Carrying out cleaning duties including the washing and drying of bed linen.
- Undertaking manual and computerised administration tasks such as filing and photocopying.
- Processing invoices for the signature of the Manager.
- It may be necessary to provide personal care at times of need.
