My client is a global logistics company based within the Heathrow area, seeking an experienced Transport Planner to join their busy team!

Duties would include:

  • Taking bookings
  • Arranging collections and deliveries
  • Tracking movements of goods
  • Route planning
  • Monitoring PODS / collections
  • Ensuring compliance with transport regulations and standards
  • Preparing reports and maintaining transport records
  • Resolving any issues from clients
  • General admin ie scanning and data entry

Skills required:

  • Previous freight/transport experience
  • 5 year checkable history/clean DBS check
  • Good customer service skills
  • Flexible with regards to shift work
  • PC literate

Working hours:

Monday - Friday 10:00 - 19:00 / 06:00 - 15:00
