What you'll do:
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team of 70 drivers and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Oversee the efficient operation of over 40 motives, ensuring seamless national haulage services.
- Manage and coordinate multiple subcontractors, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring adherence to our high standards.
- Guarantee full compliance with all transport regulations and legislation.

- Collaborate with other network sites to optimise service delivery and support business growth.
