We are looking for experienced Social Workers to join our Social Work Assessment Team. This role requires professionals with a strong background in statutory social work and the completion of single assessments.
Position Summary:
As a Social Worker in our Assessment Team, you will play a critical role in assessing the needs of children and families, working in partnership with key stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes. You will work flexibly, balancing time between the office and home as per team rotas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct statutory social work assessments, including single assessments.
- Work in partnership with children, families, and wider networks to support their needs.
