Mortgage Intelligence Holdings are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer with a background in financial services, mortgages, or insurance who is ready to take the next step into a Compliance Manager role. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FCA regulations and compliance frameworks, along with a proven track record in regulatory compliance, risk management, and process improvement. Main responsibilities: Oversee the Compliance Team, conduct 1:1s, appraisals, and team meetings to ensure efficiency and development. Enhance team skills through targeted training initiatives. Identify and mitigate customer and business risks by analysing management information. Prepare reports for the Board and work closely with key business areas to implement compliance strategies.
