MAINTENANCE FITTER Located in Harworth We are currently looking for x3 Maintenance Fitter’s to join the dynamic team at our client in Harworth, Doncaster. Start date: * This role is to start asap however, if you have a notice period, the client is flexible for starts to be after the New Year – 6th January. Salary: * Up to £38,000 depending on experience, there will also be incremental increases over time & also after training has been completed. As part of this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our brick processing equipment within a concrete brick factory environment. This is a hands-on role that combines mechanical repairs with equipment operation to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. Key responsibilities include: * Inspecting equipment and reporting defects to shift leaders and the Production Manager * Performing mechanical repairs on various types of equipment * Operating equipment during staff absences or holidays after training * Maximising plant availability and optimising production lines * Working in a 3-shift rotation (days, nights, and afternoons) with flexibility required during peak periods to switch to a 7-day rota, 12-hour shift rotation – panama shift pattern.
