NonStop Care is working with an Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating in South London, in order to help them recruit for a permanent Supervising Social Worker. The Supervising Social Worker will have a very low caseload of 7 foster carers. The role doesn't include being on duty or doing out of hours as these responsibilities are covered by the manager. This means you will have a much better work-life balance and more time to work with each of the foster carers.
Responsibilities:
- The Supervising Social Worker in this role will provide support and supervision to the foster carers, who are located around South London (Croydon, Mitcham, Norbury).
- There is an expectation to complete Form F Assessments also, however the Manager is happy to provide support and training with this.
- This is a hybrid role offering you more flexibility with your schedule.
