Immediately start available! We are currently hiring for our prestigious client for Warehouse Operative roles in Coventry, CV6 4BX. Ambient picking only, no chill.

The contract is an ongoing temporary position which may lead to a permanent job for the right candidates.
Pay Rates & Shifts as a Warehouse Operative:
- You will be working 5 days out of 7, this is not Monday to Friday
- DAY SHIFT RATE: (6am-2pm) from £12.45 to £20.55 per hour
- Weekdays: £12.45p/h, Weekends: £14.32p/h
- BACK SHIFT RATE: (2pm-10pm) from £14.32 to £20.55 per hour
- Weekdays: £14.32, Weekends: £16.19p/h
- NIGHT SHIFT: (10pm-6am) from £15.57 to £20.55 per hour
- Weekdays: £15.57, Weekends: £17.44p/h
Your role as a Warehouse Operative:
- Pick items using a voice activated pick system
- Operate LLOP (full training provided)
- Maintain and support wider team to ensure high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety
- Achieve pick rate targets set for the team - 88%
- Contribute to performance and productivity targets set for staff
- Remain focused under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
