About the Role
Are you a people person with a passion for hospitality? We’re looking for friendly and enthusiastic Waitresses to join a well-established pub/restaurant team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where no two days are the same!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and seating guests with a warm welcome
- Taking food and drink orders efficiently
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Assisting with food service, including at buffet or carvery stations
- Keeping tables and the dining area clean and organised
- Handling payments and operating till systems
- Working as part of a team to maintain smooth service
- Adhering to health & safety and food hygiene standards
