Locum Older Adults CPN (Band 6) – Competitive Pay, Flexible Contract in Frimley, Surrey!

Location: Frimley

Duration: 3 - 6 months ongoing

Schedule: Mon - Fri, 9 - 5

Start Date: March 2025

Rate of Pay: £25 - £27 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Join our team as a CPN and play a key role in improving the lives of working age adults.
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments.
  • Create and implement personalised care plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records.
  • Visit patients out in the community.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • A current and valid NMC registration and pin.
  • Experience working with older age adults in the community.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Access to a car for community/home visits.

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers a flexible working position requiring availability from Monday - Friday with flexibility where possible. The contract is for 3 to 6 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
