Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on multiple aircraft types.
- Carry out routine and non-routine inspections, troubleshooting, and rectifications.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Complete detailed technical reports and maintenance records.
- Collaborate closely with other engineering teams to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Manage parts and materials to ensure timely availability for maintenance tasks.
- Assist in the development and continuous improvement of maintenance procedures.
- Ensure all work is performed in line with company procedures, best practices, and safety protocols.
- Support the station workload as requested.
Qualifications & Skills:
- UK CAA Part-66 B1 License (required) with valid ratings on the A320 family, specifically the A321 (PW1100G).
- Significant experience working as a B1 Engineer, with a strong focus on A320 series aircraft, preferably with the A321 PW1100.
- Able to prove 6 months of recency on type within the past 24 months.
- Experience with aircraft systems including avionics, structures, engines, and components.
- Knowledge of relevant aviation regulations and safety procedures.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team, and on your own, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work on various shifts (including nights, weekends, and on-call if necessary).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Right to work in the UK (possibility for sponsorship available).
