They provide a range of services covering, but not limited to, initial design (FEED), detailed design and commissioning of high-power low voltage (LV) and medium voltage (MV) power systems and associated control system solutions.
Role Summary: Due to workload and company growth, the company are currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to join the team. This is a great opportunity for an individual to join an existing team of Engineers who thrive on providing excellent service for their ever-increasing portfolio of clients. With the varied project/sector exposure in this role, it is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer who is keen to be constantly challenged by new opportunities and who wishes to be engaged in all aspects of a project, from tendering through to commissioning.

Selected Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical systems, equipment, and components based on client requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies, perform detailed design analysis, and ensure the performance, reliability, and safety of electrical systems.
- Create and maintain electrical schematics and diagrams for systems and components.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems and components to ensure optimal performance and compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems into larger mechanical or infrastructure projects.
- Prepare technical documentation, including reports, user manuals, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for electrical systems and components during installation and commissioning.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, and provide updates to management and clients as needed.
- Stay current with new technologies, trends, and best practices in electrical engineering.
Selected Key Skills/Experience:
- Degree/HND in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in the design of electrical power systems
- Industry experience in one of the following sectors: power generation, renewables, industrial, environmental, marine & offshore, naval
- Experience working on HV electrical engineering projects (up to 33kV)
- Pro-active and a self-starter
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
