Seven Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Care Team Leader to start a new role in Bedford. As a Care Team Leader, you will undertake the role of the Senior person in the home, ensuring services are delivered and maintained in accordance with legislative and statutory requirements, policies and procedures of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Administering medication
  • Updating and reviewing residents care plans
  • Liaising with medical professionals
  • Leading and supervising a team

Applicant Requirements:

Experience: Experience of working with people living with Dementia

Qualifications: NVQ 2 in Care or equivalent

Compliance: Enhanced DBS, Right to Work in the UK

Hours: 37 hours per week
