Join a globally recognised research and advisory firm as a Senior Delivery Manager, where you'll lead the delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions – from SaaS platforms to bespoke internal systems.

The Role:

As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering strategic technology projects that directly support business goals. You’ll be responsible for overseeing full project lifecycles, guiding cross-functional teams, and embedding a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

This position requires a strong grasp of project delivery principles – both agile and traditional – with a practical approach that prioritises value over process for process’s sake.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives.
• Ensure all projects align with business priorities and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage interdependencies across multiple teams and systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage a prioritised delivery backlog.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance.
• Coach and mentor delivery teams to build capability and best practice.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project or delivery management within a technical environment.
• Proven experience delivering in regulated industries.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep projects on track.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
• Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) is desirable.
• Deep understanding of agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and stakeholder-facing.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira or similar project tracking software.
