Responsible for both automated and manual warehouse operations at Swindon. This is an in-house facility with an annual throughput of 45 million pieces and an operational budget of £19m. Warehouse footprint of 350,000 sq.

You will

Manage the Change Process throughout the introduction of leading edge PTL (pick to light) system.
Redefine senior management operational working practices to enable greater flexibility.

Introduced new site practices between management and union which led to major improvements in on-site relationships and reduction of IR issues.

Deliver budget within change environment and changing retail demands.
